District Nirmithi Kendra, Malappuram is a Government accredited agency with District Collector as Chairman and Sub collector as Member Secretary. It has been functioning since 1989 and registered under the Societies registration Act XXI of 1860. Mostly for offering consultancy and construction contract within the territorial area of Malappuram Revenue District. It act as a seminal agency to generate innovative ideas and to fulfill the construction demands in the construction sector at Malappuram district. Also to provide advice and guidance to Govt. on emerging housing concepts and policies.
